Vegetable omelet 

Okay these omelettatas are no joke!!😵 ALWAYS craving these after seeing my babes @balanccewithb and @rachaelsgoodeats make them😛 They're nice and easy too!🤗 . . You need these!👉🏽 1 pasture raised egg+ 2egg whites+ zucchini+ red pepper+ cauli+ spinach. Cook veggies in avo oil and season with sea salt, pepper, turmeric, cayenne, garlic, and nutritional yeast. Cover in egg mixture and cover the pan to cook in steam for a few mins. Then broil at 500 for 3 mins to get the top crispy🔥 I topped mine with those parsnip and carrot fries I made yesterday😏🍟 and avocado chunks cause duh🤑💚 HAPPY WEEKEND!!💃🏻
