You need these!👉🏽 1 pasture raised egg+ 2egg whites+ zucchini+ red pepper+ cauli+ spinach. Cook veggies in avo oil and season with sea salt, pepper, turmeric, cayenne, garlic, and nutritional yeast. Cover in egg mixture and cover the pan to cook in steam for a few mins.
